CyberArk Partner Portal Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of our users very seriously. The purpose of this statement is to set out the principles governing our collection and use of personal information we may obtain about you during the course of your use of the CyberArk Partner Portal (“the Partner Portal”). By accepting this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), you are indicating that you have read this Policy and understand that your personal information may be used in accordance with it.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect the following information when you register for and use the Partner Portal:

  • Partner Account Name
  • Partner Contact Details
  • Number of employees
  • Total revenue
  • % security business of that total
  • Technology partners that they work with
  • Number of employees
  • Split on sales, professional services and support staff
  • Job function

If you submit a Deal Registration Form via the Partner Portal, we will also collect the following information:

  • Customer
  • Contact name
  • Job title
  • Address
  • Budget available
  • Product selection
  • Opportunity £/$ amount
  • Expected close date
  • Is there a POC planned

How will we store and use your information?

The personal information we collect from you when you register is stored on a server located in the US that is owned by Relayware, the third party that provides the platform for the Partner Portal.

The personal information we collect about you may be used by us:

  • to manage your account for the Partner Portal and otherwise for the purposes of your use of the Partner Portal, including to contact you in connection with any queries you have raised.
  • if you agree/allow us to, to contact you subsequently to inform you about special offers, events and other products and services we think may be of interest to you;
  • for administration purposes or to help us develop and improve our offering;
  • for crime prevention or detection purposes.

We use information collected from the Partner Portal to personalise your repeat visits to it using cookies (see section below on Cookies). Each time you use the Partner Portal we may also collect information including domain name/IP address, referring URL, browser and platform, time of visit, pages visited and any searches performed – this information will not generally be personal data and may be used to help us improve the performance of the Partner Portal and to assess the suitability of, or requirements for certain services on the Partner Portal.

Will we pass your information to anyone else?

We may need or wish to share your personal information with the following:

  • the third party company that provides the platform for the Partner Portal and on whose servers the Partner Portal is hosted in the US?
  • certain third parties who provide us with services. They will only use your information to provide these services or to help us improve the Partner Portal or our services. They will do so as our data processors and will handle your information on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
  • any companies or people that we might in the future sell our business or part of our business to;
  • any law enforcement agencies that require your personal information in connection with the commission of an offence (once we are reasonably satisfied as to the circumstances surrounding the request), or to comply with applicable laws and any lawful government or regulatory requests.

We will not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Any marketing consents, opt-ins/opt-outs or other preference details provided to us in connection with another site or service operated by us (such as the CyberArk community or our transactional websites) will be recorded and administered separately from any preferences or consents provided in connection with the Partner Portal, but you have the option to change your preferences registered in connection with any of our sites or services at any time.


This Site transfers small data files to your hard drive (“Cookies”) when you surf our Site. Cookies allow the Site to identify your computer so Cyber-Ark Software may customize our Services to better meet your needs. Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can usually refuse Cookies by adjusting the preferences in your browser. If you refuse to accept Cookies some features on the Site may not work properly or be available to you. Accepting Cookies does not give Cyber-Ark Software access to your computer or your Personal Information.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Cyber-Ark Software will not provide other third parties with individual or aggregate information about visitors to our site. We do not sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.
